As a writer, nature-inspirator and independent PhD researcher I dived into the international summer course of ‘Human-Nature relations, Transformational change’ at the Wageningen University & Research. Lectures, dialogues and connecting with nature by camping for two nights made it a very inspiring week.

Insight: relational thinking is the next step to move forward to a world where nature is integrated in our systems, policy and -maybe most important- our own perception of humanity. In this relational paradigm we are aware of the different knowledge systems that influence our thoughts, meanings and behavior. In searching for new entry points together – also in our inner transformational path- we can find new horizons to co-create the future. With each other and with the multi species living with us.

Many thanks to all the great fellow PhD/Post-doc researchers, the forest, the birds, the earth, the stars, and the organisation: prof Maria Tengo, Christopher Yves, Koen Arts and Arjen Buijs!
